I had a very good feeling from the start after speaking with eric and decided to reserve my move with the yourmovingday agent. Everything was explained to me in understandable terms and eric told me a ton of things that other companies did not explain to me pertaining to hidden charges which made me feel very comforatable. We set up a pick up date of October 3rd or 4th (a 2 day pick-up window was required) And I recieved a call from greg the dipatcher on the 1st telling me my pick-up would be between 12 and 3 on the 3rd which worked fine. The crew showed up at 1:40 and loaded me up and was on their way to another pick up. My estimated weight decreased by 760 lbs. but they had to pack a few boxes for me and it was basically a wash so that also worked fine. They arrived in Ohio 8 days later on the morning of the 11th and preceeded to unload my belonging s and did a great job. Overall I was very pleased with the services rendered and the communication and would highly recommend yourmovingday.com to other people in search of a reputable and reliable moving company.
