First off they were late picking up with excuse after excuse as to why, They finally arrived on Thanksgiving day late afternoon to move my things. They promised to use moving blankets which they did not and to disassemble any furniture that they need too which they did not. I called and expressed concern over the handling of my wood furniture and was told that he ran out of blankets and he assured me everything would be fine,I was also promised it would be moved in their trucks by their drivers. Delivery was scheduled for Dec 6th and I waited a week after that date to call. At that point noone could even tell me where my stuff was located and my calls were not returned . I was told by Dave that I wouyld eventully be satisfied. I was also told to go buy a blowup mattress and return it where i purchased it after i finally got my stuff. On Dec 20th the driver called and said we had a balance and that it would be delievered on Wed. I called Dave back to arrange to have it put on Corp card since I was in Alaska after some not pleasent conversation which he stated he did not know balance and could not find out he finally got the balance charged. My belongingswere delievered in a third party truck (not the moving van it left in) to Washington and upon delievery my furniture was very damaged. scratched and one piece was completly destroyed. I am filing a complant with the BBB. Please do NOt use this company if you vaule your belongings. It was the most unprofessional and rude service I have ever gotten and it will not be forgotten .
