X-press Van Lines movers damaged my antique bronze statue (antique). It was inadvertently left behind in the truck on the day of the move and it was returned only 4 days later. Despite several emails and calls, X-pres Van Moving refused to reimburse, even acknowledge, the damage caused to my item. The company even failed to respond to BBB (Better Business Bureau) attempts to respond to my claim. Be forewarned dealing with this company.
