Soon after signing a contract I knew it was a mistake.
Considerations that were agreed to over the phone were NEVER noted on the renewed contract.
Customer service was, for the most part, non-existant.
Once the credit card cleared for the down payment, the office was next to impossible to reach. But it only got worse.…
Once the "contract" movers finally arrived and all belongings were loaded on the truck, the main office would not even acknowledge my numerous calls when things started going wrong. Not only were they unresponsive, but ALL dealings with the actual movers was one lie after another. If not for my persistence, I'd still be waiting for my belongings to arrive!!!
