I would not wish this company on my worst enemy. Their customer service is non-existent and their sales people are ruthless liars. They lie to you in order to get your business and once they have your money they do not answer the phones no matter how many times you leave messages adn once they finally do answer the phone and find out who you are they hang up the phone in your ear. Quoted us $1,500 for our move from Minnesota to Idaho ad when the non English speaking rude driver showed up (from a different moving company nonetheless) they load up our items and then say "oh you are WAY over weight" just by looking at our stuff and then nobody communicates with us for over a week to tell us anything and when they finally call us 10 days later it's to say we are an hour away and to have $4,300 CASH only waiting or your stuff is going to go into storage and there was nothing we could do about it. We paid their bullshit ransom and then found that about 50% of our items were rummaged through and damaged. This company is a true nightmare so when I read about people saying that the company took 7 days to deliver and the driver was 2 hours late, I wish that was my complaint...Those people have it good what we got was shafted and screwed in every which way. STAY AWAY from this company by all means they are horrible.
