These people quote low and raise the price after weigh in. They are only a broker that uses sub-contractors, which was Bobby at WORLDWIDE TRANSFERS. When they arrived for packing and pickup, two of the workers were simply day laborers who were horrible!!!!! One of them was drunk - you could smell the alcohol on him; the other spent more than 1/2 the day either on the cell phone or in my bathroom. They did not wrap things, just stuck them in boxes. They put heavy items in the same box with fragile items. It took 61 days to get our furniture and clothing. Our stuff was supposed to be stored in Florida, but we found out it was still in Texas after 45 days. He could not deliver it because, he didn't have fuel money to drive from FL. back to TX to get it and bring it here. We called to schedule delivery and were told that date was fine. Then, they called to change the date, pushing it back. They did this a total of 5 times before we finally got our stuff. Customer service is abysmal! Forget leaving messages, they will not call you back. This is their regular operation of business. They are rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. They have no regards for their customers and do not deserve to still be allowed to be open for business.
