worldwide van lines

I made a biggest mistake of my life to hire worldwide van line to move my furniture from Minneapolis to New York. They hired this moving company from Chicago called Amble moving. Their service is horrible beyond description.
Here are the items I have complaints about:
1) they said they would move my stuff on Sunday. No one showed up. I couldn't get hold of anyone whole day. They finally showed up on Monday at evening like 5 p.m. after my many calls.
2) they told me that my furniture would arrive in 1 week. Guess what, it didn't arrive in 3 weeks. I ended up staying in the hotel for two extra weeks. They refused to reimburse me a penny.
3) When they moved my furniture, they were so careless. It was snowing outside, they just went in straight with dirty shoes so the carpet floor of my previous apartment was completely messed up and I had to pay my management for the cleaning fee (don't you think they should know to take off shoes before coming into the apartment??)
5) When the furniture arrived, some were broken and missing. They even gave me some items that don't belong to me. I have to tell them that it is not mine.
6) I have a quite expensive mirror. It was missing. I asked the movers. They said they mistakenly put it in a different trunk and would bring it back to me after a few weeks. After two months, no one called me regarding the mirror. When I contacted them, they said they couldn't locate it anymore so they will reimburse me $12 for my $250 mirror. I think this is worst than thief.
7) At first they said the stairs fee was waived. When they delivered my furniture (my new apartment is on third floor), they wanted to charge me for additional fee for stairs since though it was communicated that it was waived.
8) When they first quoted me for the price, they told me a very low rate. When they weight my furniture, I was asked to pay $500 more. I don't believe I have that many things.
I wish I can suit them. But because of my experience, I learned my lesson. I wanted others to learn from my lesson and never hire this moving company EVER.
