I am not a "review" writer but we felt it 100% neccessary in this instance. We will spare everyone all the details but, we were scheduled for pick up on march 2nd or 3rd and preferred the 2nd so they said no problem. In a nutshell, we had to call this company every hour and only actually spoke to someone when we blacked out our number and then was hung up on. We panicked and finally got a call from "daryl" saying the driver had a problem but would be at our home 3 days late and they would "take care of us"for our troubles. well the only thing they didnt lie about was that the driver did show up 3 days late. In a piece of crap rental van that just barely fit our stuff. They also said that packing our boxes was included in the very cheap attractive price that they lured us in with. Our price doubled and we were delivered after 17 days. Horrible experience.
