this was for us a true nightmare every direction. initial contact was great and then all went downhill. they charge my card a 250 deposit and then we never hear anything until driver shows up 4 days late with old beat up dirty van. speaking very little english and only telling us that we owe much more from what they can tell before they even put a single thing on the truck. we ask how much more and they say maybe 500 that worldwide is only a broker with no trucks and every customer they move for them always owes much more money because they make the weight so much less everytime. they loading up our goods so wrecklessly that when we asking them why so rough they say its our job we move people everyday dont worry about anything. when we asking them when to expect delivery the say maybe 30 days or less. worldwide tells us within 7 days should be delivery. when we call so many times and no responses from the worldwide van lines. when finally the men showed up in colorado 24 days later they tell us at that time we owe more than 1000 extra for weight and never give us weighing tickets. many broken items was not so much a problem but the extra money they demanded in cash only or they are driving away with our furntiure. we belive this was the worsest possible move ever and will not ever recommend this company to anyone. we make complaints with the better business company for them. please never use this company they are a nightmare to work with and never call to follow up with anything.
