The movers and the person I dealt with over the phone were on two very different pages regarding payment options. The movers showed up with a balance of $1000, when the contract I was emailed said $900. They then demanded cash payment, which we were not expecting. No one told us cash was required. My husband had to go out of his way to get back to the bank to get cash. The movers were late. Always. The told us to expect them between 8-9 AM to pick up our things and showed up closer to 11:30 AM. They were late dropping off our items. We were told they would arrive with our items between noon and 1 pm and they ended up showing up the next morning. The "crew" dropping off our things consisted of one guy who told us his "partner" would show up in a couple of hours. And again, he insisted on cash payment for the remainder of the balance. This was more hassle on us because our OH bank does not exist in MS and we were just starting up the MS bank account again. Needless to say, the entire experience was suboptimal and we will never use this company again. Nor would we recommend them. Several calls to customer service with messages left have been ignored and never returned. The Better Business Bureau is my next stop.
