I had read the reviews and thought that only discontent customers only wrote to websites and there were two sides to every story. I should have believed every word. The company never showed. I was arranging the move for my 87 y/o mother-in-law, so you can imagine the stress they caused. Her flight was to depart the next day so there was no wiggle room. I was assured by Chase all would go well. After they got my money and one follow up phone call,
they were never to be found. All I got when I called was constant ringing or a voice mail that was never answered. I did receive one call stating the van would arrive on Wednesday, and Friday we were still waiting. I paid a deposit with my MC and have refuted the charges. I am sure these swindlers will have some reason that they did not show and did not have to based on some fine print. Again, DO NOT use this company. Service or customer service is no their forte, they are experts of selling snake oil and should be closed down or their site marked with a caution.
