Worst Decision I made. I paid $500.95 for World Wide to move my mother in August 2011. The evening before the move September 26 I received a call from another moving company Florida Southwest Van Lines. The man was rude and infromed me he was doing the job. I tried to contact World Wide Van Lines-Lewes DE. Once they get your money you are moved to another company. The subcontracted company changed my move. I had to sign a new contract on the spot my fees went up from 1,633 to 3,082.12.
The $500 was not deducted from my new bill. Poor Customer service, no customer service I have emailed, called and faxed to request assistance with this company no response from World Wide. Therefore, I paid them to choose another company. My mother is 88 yrs old and all her belongings are being held hostage. Payments made to both companies but no delivery 30 days later.
