Worst nightmare of a company

This company "moved" us from Minnesota to Arizona in early October and I must relay the information of what occured during our move. Long story short, set up dates for October 5th or October 6th in Minneapolis and was supposed to recieve a call from someone at least 3 days prior to the move confirming pick up day. On the second we waited until around 3pm and never got a call, we started calling at around 4pm and the only response we got was "the driver should call you this afternoon" well this afternoon came and went and never got a call from "the driver" so the next morning at around 11am we started calling and were either put on hold for minutes on end or never got anyone to pick up the phone. Finally when we did get someone on the phone, she was an idiot and didn't even acknowledge that we did have a driver scheduled to pick us up at all and when I asked to speak to a manager another idiot picked up the phone and said the driver was "overloaded" a few miles away doing another pick up and most likely could not do our pick up the next day. I asked where the driver was a couple of miles away so I could actually see the truck and verify that there even was a driver and then the fun began, hang ups, no answers, voicemails that were full, it was like they were laughing at us and didn't even care. We attempted to contact other companies to do our move but unfortunately the prices were all so high we had no choice but to wait for these clowns to actually get a truck out to our house and when they finally did 3 days late on the 9th it was even more of a nightmare than the phone communication. It was an old piece of crap truck with 2 guys that spoke broken english which finally showed up at our house for the pick up. They actually loaded our items like they were pieces of crap. In the end, our quote was $1,000 and we wound up paying $1975.00 to these extortionists who not only showed up several days late, never called, never returned calls, and damaged many of our items. This was one of the worst companies and moves we have ever heard of. Please do not use this company.
