I hired this company to move one bedroom and one living room and 5 boxes from Winnipeg to Toronto, and here the series for mischievous/fiascos they commited:
1.For the weight, they almost doubled the actual weight, they claimed that my small 2 rooms are 2500 lbs!!
2. For the additinal unapproved cost: $250 unapproved packing material and $80 undeclared fees because I paid by credit card
3. Scratches on my furniture, lost screws
4. They insist that I have to pay first before inspect my items
5. Claim department just argue and lie, they even said that the agreement is with my daughter, not with me, although my daughter is a minor!
6. Movers refused to assemble the bedroom, although the agreement is to diassemble and assemble
7. Bottom line, I'll sue this company, but I have also to leave a feedback at every possible site to warn about this fraudelent company!
