Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my opinion with everyone, this way everyone can make their own desicion about choosing this company. I filled an estimate form online and got a quote from them. They sent me a quote and I called them to get more info. No answer, but got an email response. They said that they are BBB member so i went to check them out and the report said that they had "No Rating" (that was back in January). My move was held up and then I definetly knew that i had to move in October. Went to check them out again before making my desicion and saw the same post of "No Rating" by the local BBB. So I contacted the local BBB and they tell me that this company is not a BBB member as they have to have a minimum of a B rating and that they are updating their file. So that makes me think and I ask for more information, but guess what they dont give me any.
So I choose Vega Line to do the move from Vancouver to London, ON and guess what, the WORST company in the world and my luck that i found it. The quote was more than double, everything was damaged, and worst of all there were 18 boxes missing and almost everything was damaged. The delivery crew was amazing but that was the only thing that was good during the move. So after 3 weeks trying to contact this Mark guy and the local office in BC, and no emails and calls, i call the BC BBB office back. I speak with Scott who tells me that there is no information that he can give me at the moment as they are in DISPUTE with the local BBB but that i should submit an online complaint anyways. That information would have been useful BEFORE i chose this awful company to move my stuff across the country. So i get mad and ask the BBB how they could mislead customers like that, but without any positive response i realize that there is nothing that they could do now.
So that is why i just wanted to let everyone know that their "No Rating" should be "AWFUL" rating so that everyone will know what kind of scammers this comany is.
