Damaged Item. Denying to pay damages. High cost

I moved from Bentonville (AR) to Columbus (OH) on 18th March. I had hired Admiral moving LLC at Fayetteville (AR) and they in turn hired United Van lines for the move. They picked the items in good condition mainly my new couch, TV stand etc...
However while delivering I found they did not cover my couch with anything and it was raining heavily. My love seat and sofa was damaged from down side...which could not located at the time of delivery but after we found out (with in the same day), they there were damages. I had insurance coverage (I paid $190) for insurance. I raised a claim, but they denied the claims saying I had signed the papers that I had received the items in good condition. I signed because driver was in hurry and all the inspection can not be carried out at the same time..which will take hours and day as I had to open the boxes..
Never use their service.. they are very expensive and damaged the item and do not pay of damages in spite of taking insurance...
