Our truck was robbed by one or more of the movers and the company refuses to reimburse us for our loss at the full value of what was stolen. The employees aside from one man were rude and unprofessional right from the beginning. I demanded another team but was refused this and told it would be weeks to reschedule. I was also told the men all had background checks only to find out later that three of the 5 men had criminal backgrounds. Upon arriving at the new location an oriental rug disappeared and several items were damaged and broken. It was a horrible experience.
