Horrible pack job

United Vanlines and their subsideraries did a horrible job with my move. I have moved from teh United States to Korea, Korea to Hong Kong and then Hong Kong back to the states...all of these moves were ideal and my shipments were in great shape. My move from SEattle to Arkansas was horrible. IT was all about the pack job. United employees did a horrible job packing, trying to get more of a box count than securely packing my items properly in the boxes. When my goods showed up the boxes were crushed, damaged and in overall poor shape. We had several items that were broken, destroyed etc...and of course United did what they were supposed in discovering the issues, then down rating the damage and basically not paying what i lost. Overall I would highly suggest you use a more professional company than this. As I mentioned my international moves were far superior to this simple USA move and United failed the test.
