Pick up date was 3-24-1next day c4 okay...but once everything was loaded on the truck, they tell untils going to be an additional 1000 dollars, I reluctantly paid, but contacted the company the . .next day and informed the customer service rep, that the contract I had was binding and that the movers told me everything was okay then said I was over my limit once everything was loaded. They took the $1000 dollars off and I thought everything was okay, now they have not delivered my things, which were due to be delivered on 4-6-14, no one called on the 6th so I called to inquire on the 7th, I called the customer support rep so called name Phyllis, because the sales rep Danny wouldn't return my call, the customer rep Phyllis was very short and nasty, and trying to be helpful, she said she didn't know where my things were and would call me once she heard from her dispatcher, and then hung the phone up on me, and did not return my call...this was the afternoon, later that evening the so called VOICE named Eric called, proceeding to apologize for his colleagues, and said my stuff should be there at 11 am the next day (4-8-14)
I said okay, 11 am the next day comes I hear nothing, I call Eric back at 11:30am, he says give until 3 pm, I do, 3 pm comes and nothing is seen or heard, I realize then that I am being played....it's now 7 pm on 4-10-14 and I still have heard nothing, no one has called...
I know now that these movers can take and hold your things, and you basically can do nothing, so as far as I know my things are lost or stolen, and i have reported them as such.
