From the first phone call (2 wks before the date) right up to the morning of the move, Paul was very friendly and extremely professional. 2 movers and foreman total showed up right on time the morning of my move and ready to get started. One of the guys went through the paperwork with me very thoroughly to make sure I knew exactly how much the whole process would cost me and what i was going to pay for. I like that - step by step details really helped to put me at ease.
These guys were quick, grabbing boxes and wrapping dressers, sofas, mattresses, china cabinet and etc. To make sure the glass drawers didn't slide out they wrapped up in double bubble. Attention to detail and care with my belongings definitely won them points.
All in all, from start to finish, did the move in 3 hours, well, maybe 4 hours maximum, but that's pretty damn quick cause it was 2 bedroom flat. They also took the time to roll out carpets and set up furniture.
Despite the fact the price was a little more than I'd hoped for, it was money well spent. They made moving (yet again) a painless, easy and stress-free process. Let's just hope I won't need them any time soon. *crosses fingers*
This move started out with me being extremely stressed out and overwhelmed but it was a blessing in disguise.
