I don't usually write reviews, simply don't have time for all that... But United National performed really good and I would feel uncomfortable if wouldn't write couple good words. First of all, I'd like to say that my job specific requires relocations usually every 2 or 3 years. Try to imagine how many times I have moved in my life... Hard to recall even for myself. And it's allways been a pain in a back for me even though I am a nice person and let a lot of things go. Who has moved before will definitely understand what am I talking about. First they promise you one price, then charge you double on a pick up when your stuff is already in their posession. Or they say you gonna lose your deposit and so on. Sales persons are allways calling you to convince you to go with them but once you in they are impossible to reach. Finally, they allways deliver your stuff late and something is always missing or broken. None of that happened during my last move with United National. Yes, my revised estimate was few hundred dollars over the original estimate but I know from previous experience that this happens often, especially if you forget to include some of your things in your list, (which I did) and I was expecting it. And they didn't even charge me for additional week my stuff was in their storage!!! Special thanks to sales rep Arleen and crew leader Jamol who picked up my stuff!!!
