This company went above and beyond for me, I had an extreme situation where a company cancelled on me last minute, after they left me on top of my boxes with my arms crossed, I contacted United National who was 2nd on my list (I should have used them from the beginning) The other company (Budget Van-lines) simply never showed up, no courtesy call, NOTHING. I will be writing a review on them!
United showed up the very next day, I had to be on a plane by 6pm the next day and United came through. Crew was pleasant, the carrier was very professional, English a bit choppy but we understood each other and what mattered was the way they packed everything, fortunately my company funded the move so the estimate although higher then Budget Vanlines was right on point.
I was very happy with the level of service I received from United.
I would recommend this company to anyone in the corporate world, I have already sent an Email to my relocation coach and head of HR, with my experience and already 2 co-workers are being moved with this company.
My faith was restored and I was able to make my flight.
