This is my first review ever. I am simply writing this review because it was this very website that helped me make the decision in choosing United National. I decided to write this very review to share my experience with other consumers.
Jason Morgan representative with United contacted me after I submitted my request online for estimates, he was indeed the first person and provided me with excellent information. Enough information that I knew what to expect and who to stir clear of. I did my research and my decision was either Mayflower of United National.
I chose United simply because of their representative, He was genuine, professional and most importantly honest from the beginning. I was still a bit nervous being that I had a 4 bedroom home to be moved and had to be out of my current residence by July 1st. I had just reserved a move with a person I have never seen or met. This was very nerve racking for me but it seems like the norm now a days.
Well, I must say that the day of my move, everything could not have gone better. I was notified 24 hours prior to the move, the movers showed up on time, packing was excellent, there were 3 fine young strong men taking apart my furniture AND carefully, I might add.
I received my shipment last week and i must say that everything was in perfect condition. The only thing was that some items were packed WAY TO good, it took me forever to open them.
This company is GREAT, from beginning to end, the quote was accurate, the communication was consistent and the service was impeccable. I have already referred this company to 2 other co-workers also moving to California this winter.
