I just used this moving company and really like it. The people from this company are very nice and responsible and their boss(Alix) is very straight and reliable, and he did everything he promised. There are so many good reviews for this company and it is really true. I don't think they hire people to write it and they deserve it. Alix sent three guys(Jay, Jeromy and the other guy) to my apartment and they did it very quickly and professional. The most important thing is they are not only finishing a job, but also really enjoying moving the stuffs for you. They also helped me do lot's of extra things beyond their responsibility. They are very flexible on the cubic space and allow me bring some extra stuffs. They delivered stuffs much earlier than the period on the contract and supervised the whole process very carefully. I was very stressful at the beginning because it is really hard to find a good moving company like this one, and their boss(Alix) is really a good guy and spent 30 minutes to talk with me during his busy schedule. I definitely believe this company will grow fast in the future. Unfortunately TN doesn't have united national moving and storage. When you look for moving companies, don't believe the very low estimated price. I still remember what Alix said" you pay what we did", and their price is very competitive and no hidden fees at all. Upon delivery i am supposed to have overcharge stairs fees but they tried their best to waive it for me. They definitely deserve the A+ from BBA. At the end, I have to say good luck with United national moving and storage.
