Do yourself a favor and don't even consider! Pick-up was on time and at first I was impressed. They covered every piece of furniture with blankets and plastic wrapped everything. A week and a half later I am still waiting for delivery. I should of known something was up when I couldn't get a definite delivery day on the day of pick-up. Finally I got either Wednesday or Thursday of this week XXXthe driver will call me to let me know 24 hours prior. No call so I called on Tuesday (I do work and need to inform my employer whether I need to take day off). Running late and I will call you, driver said. I then called the main number and supposedly this Patricia called the driver while I was on hold. Said the truck broke down and delivery will be Friday or Saturday. I informed her that delivery must be on Friday. Thursday AM I emailed Karin and said I still have not heard from driver. She emailed back with some BS that she just spoke with him; he's in the middle of an unload and will call me.
Still waiting and not confident that any delivery will take place. This move is for my elderly father who just couldn't take care of himself anymore (Florida to Massachusetts). Poor guy didn't have much and it now appears he won't have anything at all. Thieves!!!!!
