Well, my initial contact with Ryder Moving and Storage was with Darren. He was knowledgeable, funny and extremely helpful with getting my move done for me. He contacted and went through my HR department (which is no easy task. My HR is extremely busy and hard to reach) to set up payment since they were paying to relocate me for my promotion. His estimate was very on point and descriptive. He took the time to go over my entire estimate with me and explain exactly how it all works. He did this for me and then my HR department. The crew was to be at my house between 8-10am. They got there at 9am on the dot. David was the crew leader and he was polite and got the work done quickly but safely. All my furniture was blanket wrapped and padded just as I was told they would be. Delivery was on time and quick. They put the items where I asked and removed the pads and re-assembled all the table legs and my entertainment center. Was the most painless move I've had in years. I am former military so I have had my fair share of run ins with movers. I would gladly use them again. But thankfully this should be my last move and this my permanent residence from here on out.
