This company has more than impressed me. They really took the time with me to address my concerns and most importantly, was completely honest and consistent from the beginning to the end. For my mom, this was the first experience for her using a full-service mover, and we were concerned about the safe handling of her antiques and memorabilia, as well as the price staying in our budget. We kept hearing about the price going up and even doubling from the original contract estimate with the other moving companies that we were considering, so I can't say enough about the way Ben took the time to make sure the quote was as precise as possible, which frankly was why we ultimately chose Professional Moving Solutions. All of my mom's furniture and boxes were handled delicately and arrived in the perfect condition. They even ended up getting everything to her a few days early, as we requested.
