Commercial Stove was picked up with all its parts. Delivered on schedule but missing may parts. Replacement parts were over $700. After over 2 months of claims that they had the parts in a box at their Chicago distribution center they stopped answering the calls. Standard insurance claim took over 4 hours to complete. Then it took 3 months to get claim processed and reviewed. The $0.60 / pound insurance would have covered half the replacement parts costs but that insurance is a SCAM! They pay $0.60/pound for only the missing parts so $700.00 in parts was equal to $9.00 in insurance reimbursement.
Avoid MoveOnUp and AVOID CustomerServiceInc insurance settlers.
CustomerServiceInc insurance claimed I "did not buy additional insurance" but I know if I did they would have had another "loophole" that would have prevented payment of the claim. Throwing good money after bad.
Don't waste your time with either of these companies
