Originally quoted and scheduled for Saturday pickup. Paid $85 deposit. Got a call from a driver asking if he could pickup Friday night instead. I worked something out with him which was a big, huge mistake on my part. The truck showed up an hour late Friday night and it was almost full. The driver tried to tell me that since the truck was full it was going to take two trips and I was going to have to pay extra. I am not quite sure why their lack of planning rested with the customer. They knew exactly what I was moving and yet they showed up with inadaquate space on a truck. What was the point? I asked for my originally scheduled pickup for Saturday and was told that nothing was available. I think they know that they place people in a position in which they cannot say no and then they take advantage. I turned them away and I am waiting on the refund of my deposit. What a nightmare.
