i would love to recommend moving express & storage inc., i have used moving express and storage over the past 2 yrs over 4 times for family and business purpose. the first time i used them i can say that the men where professional and everything was picked up and delivered on the exact date that my sale representative said they would. the great thing was that i was pressed for time because my mother sold her house fast and they wanted to move in right away so we really didn't have time to pack, when i told kelly(whom is my sales rep) she said it would be no problem we can have our men pack up your mothers home, when the men arrived on the day my mother was moving they were a couple of minutes late but let me tell how professional this company is they called me an 1/2 hour before they got there and said they would be maybe 15 to 20 minutes late but they really weren't they showed up at 9:10 so that was not bad. when the men came in there were 2 trucks and 6 men since my mother has a 6 bedroom house, attic, 3 car garage. they packed up the 1st day and loaded the 2nd day then the items were delivered within 3 days i was very impressed. so we called them 2 months later because my husband was moving his office to a bigger location within 2 months but the move had to be done two different dates or should i say picked up and then sent at a later date. so she told me no problem they can offer me storage for free, i inquired because these belongings of my husband office are very expensive and i need to make sure they are in a secure area. so she told me don't worry about it if you would like to see our warehouse you can come by our office i can have the warehouse manager show you were your items will be. i had confidence in the company because they did so well with my mothers move. then they moved us now i am scared because of that i have live in the same house for over 10 yrs and everything i have is not expensive but it is mine and i paid for it so i want to make sure everything will be secure again she told me don't worry. so i put my trust in her and everything worked out for my husband office and also our home. actually i have to move my company to a bigger office so we are going to of course call the movers that we can actually trust and that is moving express. they have great customer service also because when my sales representative was not there i was helped by a women name mercy and she was very nice and sweet also. believe me whom ever you speak to will give you the best customer service. speak from experience.
