We found Moving Express & Storage on-line. Their Customer service was great. We called several times with questions about paperwork or the contract and whoever we spoke to was able to give us answers without having to ask someone else for clarification. We were very comfortable with their customer service; everyone seemed to on the same page.
The movers showed up at 7:30am and were ready to go to work. We finished the paperwork with no problem and they started packing. They had two men packing and one was checking items and doing preparations. They covered all the doors with pads, protected the floors big time, leaving nothing unprotected. They took almost all day to prepare and pack everything. Which amounted to almost 400 boxes plus the furniture? Three guys loaded everything the next day, nonstop, go, steady moving and loading. No breaks, no smoking, no calls/texts I was impressed. They started the next day early loading and finished about dark, again.
After 5 days traveling they got us unloaded just as fast and without ANYTHING broken.
I was impressed.
