Please do not go with Movingdone company. DO NOT GO WITH MOVINGDONE. Jay from moving done didn't take care of our damages during the move. Just during the move, even though the contract had all the info, the movers wanted more money to unload the things. Not only that there were damages. After we reported the damages, Jay got in tough with us. He thought we had given a bad review and wanted a good review, he mistook us to be someone else. Once I let him know that we didn't give any reviews, he backed off the refund/insurance claim from the damage. No response on any number of emails. Dining table leg was completely broken 2. Ikea Floor lamp was broken 3. Coffee table legs were wobbling and doesn't stand like before 4. Kitchen coffee mug handle is broken.
