I booked with this company, despite the fact that their quote was on the higher side of the quotes I received, because I was told I would have a single point of contact at the company who would contact me when my things were picked up (they were picking up from a storage unit without my being there) and, a few days later, would contact me with a delivery date. I was also told my things would be delivered 7-10 days after pickup. I received no call when my things were picked up and my calls weren't returned for 2 days. Five days after my things were picked up I was told it would be another 4 days before they even had a truck heading my way. (My things are in Colorado and are coming to California). I still have no delivery date and now have friends coming in town this weekend who will be camping out on my guest room floor since I have no furniture.
