I initially spoke to Charlie who was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process and the prices to me. I researched the company and I was satisfied with what I found and the price I was provided, so I chose Move It Forward. I was told that the movers would arrive at 9am and they did. The guys came in and packed up all my stuff. Everything was done so quickly I was in shock. The driver was friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. Once everything was on the truck we went to the weight scale. I ended up having less weight than estimated and ended up paying $205 less! A week later I received a call that my items would be delivered in a couple of days. 2 days later I received my belongings. everything was onloaded and the guys reassembled any furniture that needed it. I move often and have never had such a smooth move. I will definately use Move It Forward in the future. Thank you to the whole team!
