Mayflower destroys items

Items were damaged beyond any reasonable expectation. Furniture had clearly been left exposed to water (FL had a severe rainstorm during) resulting in severe damage. I suspect they were left in the truck while they conveniently made other deliveries (see late delivery below).
One item, an artificial tree seriously looked like it had purposefully been smashed and run over. If it were not an item of mine, this would look like a humorous prop on a late night comedy show after Mayflower was done destroying it. Also item missing. I heard some consumer magazine rates Mayflower high (perhaps Consumer Reports?), if this is the case - BEWARE!
Delivery was also late, though damage noted above is what really upset me. Contacting Mayflower was resulted in constant transfers. In fact the dispatcher said to me on several occassions he had no idea where the driver was and COULD NOT reach him for days. He seemd to be asking me for help on managing his people. Obviously NO care for the customer and a screwed up company.
Company paid so no estimates of costs. But I would NEVER use Mayflower again.
