Saleswoman on the phone said they would beat any price and they did. But, that was where the truth ended. The promised to use a single large van and make a direct drive from Oakland to Reno. Instead they showed up with a small clunker of a truck too small a staff and decided to take half our house from Oakland to San Jose. Showed up again next day and took the rest of our house to San Jose. Then instead of delivering as promised on September 1 they started making too many excuses to describe here. Flat out lying and dodging. The manager would not take my call at all over the week of torture they put us through. Poor Kimberly, the phone girl, had to deliver lie after lie. A small truck showed up in Reno on September 2 with half our belonings. We had to rent a home day to day at substantial cost until our beds and clothes were finally delivered 5 days later. Then, when they got there they demanded cash payment or they would not unload. A hassle occurred over the phone and they drove off with our belongings with their dispatch manager Tommy threatening that if I didn't give his guys the cash he would store my property in Sacramento where "it could get lost" and charge me $450 for the storage and I "may not see it for 30 to 60 days". The whole experience was horrible and I would not wish their service on any other person. Low price is not worth it.
