I had horrible experience with Scott relocation from MA who are agents of mayflower. They were overpriced but as my company was paying for that, i went by the reputation of mayflower. Their sales representative Gail committed some wrong things which they could not deliver later. She said I can leave stuff inside drawer, driver (James) during pickup did not mention anything about it. During delivery when I found that all the drawers in mess, I asked him to rectify it, he said I should have left stuff in that. He arrogantly tried to fix it but could not.
When I claimed for that during claim as I paid for full insurance coverage, it was denied mentioning that some furniture items are only to be fixed one time and not supposed to be moved so insurance does not cover that. What the hack, why did they not mention about that at first. When I contact mayflower, they said the matter supposed to be handled by agent company only not by mayflower. When I contacted Scott, customer service mentioned that she will check with owner. But did not get any commitment from them for one month even though I followed up with them time to time. After that I left trying, they are big liars and totally unprofessional.
Very bad experience, will never use their again and will discourage others too. stay away from them. Better go for some cheap one at lease you won't expect that much which you expect by paying so much and going by the name.
