I planned my move 2 weeks prior and explained every item I had. I called to confirm the move few days before. The day of the move 4-1/2 hours late. The three man crew that came to move me were not scheduled on my job so what happened to the truck/crew that I had confirmed-never existed. The phone calls went on for 4 hours of pushing me off hour after hour. I can't begin to explain the inconvience this was especially with Coop restrictions and a new born. The 3 men worked very hard and got the move done although very sloppy-I was greatful someone showed up. I called 3 times to speak to a manager and never got through even today. I would not recommend this company at all. I was a very unsatisfied customer.
