Bad Idea to Use These Guys

DO NOT USE THEM. They quoted me $420 for a truck and three guys, and stated that the move would not take more than three hours. I asked whether they would come out to CT (Greenwich, not that far) to see how much stuff we had, and then give us an accurate quote. They said because of the distance it was not possible. Ok, fine. But then the day of the move, our total came out to over $800! And it took 8 hours!! WTF? Not to mention the truck came late, and multiple phone calls to the main office went unanswered. In fact, I didn't even receive a phone call Monday morning or anything. I was pretty mad. I even emailed them after they sent an email survey of how they did, and never received a response to that either! Sorry guys XXXbut that's the beauty of the internet, you can't just write off "mistakes" like this and not expect negative reviews which will lead to less business.
