Simple move down the block 3 hours late

Well after the dispatcher Glen Moore told me maybe I should go to the atm to take out cash after the movers were 3 hours late, because all of a sudden the credit card policy change its pretty easy to say I will never use High Touch Moving or recommended High Touch Moving to anyone. My deposit we fine on my amex but then after the slowest move ever I was told they didn’t take credit cards and was rudely told to go to a atm and take out cash. Then it changed to they didn’t take credit cards for moves under $400. Then it changed to we take credit cards but we have to charge a service fee.
