From the first day when I booked the move with Lisa and then had to change the move destination with Moses they were both professional and compassionate.
On moving day, we encountered problems in Manhattan when the apartment which my son was to move into, was full of furniture and other other items left by the previous tenant. Eli, Henry and Fredirico were wonderful. They worked efficiently and diligently making a difficult situation tolerable. My son was able to move in as scheduled thanks to their hard work. The staff at High Touch- Lisa, Moses, Eli, Henry and Fredirico were wonderful from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.
