They sent out a crew and the foreman was very nice and a little quiet but the guys went straight to work and did their job. I had some special items that needed to be wraped really good so they would not be broken and they did what I asked.
Once they got everything packed, they put stickers on everything and went over the inventory with me and at the last minute I did add some things but they worked with me so that my price was still within my budget. I didn't think they were going to because of the things I read after I had booked with them, but they did give me a really good price.
I would use them again because when my things arrived in Chino, they were in good condition and I only had a couple of bowls that were chipped and that was pretty much all. I have used other companies when transfering on my job that did a lot of damage and I was sure that it was going to happen again and it didn't.
The dispatcher got my things to me quick, that was completely unexpected. I've had such horrible experiences in the past with the delivery time and lo and behold, it was there within two days of my arrival. The driver was nice enough and he went through the paperwork with me to make sure all my things were delivered and I am glad he did. We almost left something on the truck.
Needless to say, I felt like Greenpoint Vanlines did a great job and when I have to transfer again to open a new office location, I will use them again.
