This company falsified information on their website such as BBB affiliation. They demanded cash after they loaded the truck when they said they took credit cards. Tried to cheat after the loadup by overstating CF in the truck. Showed up with only one person to move in 1000+ CF that included damaged and missing items. They accepted my claims in Nov 2010 but made no followup and their phone was disconnected in Jan 2011. They used numbers for DOT (1996050) and MC (705513) of another moving group in Houston called Prestige Relocations who when contacted, at first disavowed any knowledge of GreenPoint, but later said they knew of them. Prestige told me to send in my claims again and never hear from anyone. I would NOT TRUST either of these two companies.
