The sales person was very responsive and gave me a good deal. The probem is, the movers never showed up. They were to arrive between 8 and 11. I called at 11:20 to find out the ETA. He said they were unloading another small move and would be here shortly. I called three more times throughout the day and received promises that they would contact the mover and get back to me. They didn't. We finally gave up and drove back to our new home 75 miles away without our furniture. Finally someone called at 4:00 to say that their mover was not returning their call and they didn't know where he was. He offered to come the next day so I explained to him that I wouldn't use their company again even if they were the only one in town. After driving 150 miles and sitting around all day not knowing if or when they would arrive, I would not recommend this company.
