I was quoted originally $1977 after giving an inventory and my so called salesman said we could get a more updated list later. He did not contact me again until March 21st to get a more updated list because they were ready to dispatch the truck. One day before we were to be packed up he gave me a new invoice for over $4,000 which by the way I had given him 5 months notice he did not ask for an updated list before then and I paid more going cross-country from Nevada to Virginia then I did originally with more inventory going from North Carolina to Nevada. This company does not care about customer service whatsoever they damaged every single box that we had on the way out here and they brought them in all upside down. They only had one driver and one mover and my sister and I had to help them unpack the furniture and put things where they needed to go. Every step of this process was stressful and terrible I would never recommend this company to anyone whatsoever and they just want to get you in the door and they don't care what happens after that as long as they get your money.
