I want to give a great review for Experience Moving. I booked with Donna who was courteous and continued to contact me to secure the contract. She was persistent. I hesitated because of three bad reviews I had read but decided to go with this company because they beat all other contract proposals. Th movers, Randolph and William were 3 hours late but called me within the pick up time to let me know they were running late. Randolph could not have been more courteous and William had 13 years experience and I could tell as he packed my son's belongings. I had underestimated the weight at 1400 pounds and it was closer to 1900 pounds but that was my mistake. Experience moving honored the contract as stated.
There was a misunderstanding at the drop off in California because they had not given me credit for the $200 deposit and when I dealt with Alex, he not only gave me the $200 credit but could see that I had not gotten $100 for free packing material which he then credited to my account. All of the belongings arrived with NO damage. We are talking 26 boxes which included a TV, printer, bike, etc.
People always seem to complain but I want your reviewers know that I had an excellent experience with EXPERIENCE MOVING and would only use them in the future.
