My Echo Trans World experience was mainly bad because they lost a box containing at least $2000 worth of clothes, jewelry, boots - basically my entire wardrobe except what I had on the plane with me in one suitcase is gone. They told me I could file a claim, and this claim was just returned to me as being denied, so apparently they owe me nothing for losing so many things that were important to me and that I now have to pay to replace! Echo picked up my things on time but quoted me a price that was half the final price. They also said it would take 5-6 weeks - from the time they picked up my things in Pennsylvania to the day my things were delivered in Switzerland it was 3 months. There was an additional $800 charge for customs when my things arrived in Europe that it would have been nice if the moving company would have mentioned.
