Please do NOT use this company. They took our 900.00 deposit and suddenly all contact has stopped until today. Now we have received an email stating that the person we were working with is no longer employed by the company and that our items will not be picked up and shipped to our new home (I guess this is actually a good thing considering that this company could have potentially taken our belongings in addition to our money!) due to their "communication system" being "down". Their phone lines are down and when we do get through all mailboxes are "full". I am afraid we have been taken complete advantage of and our 900.00 is gone for good. Disgusting.... Please protect yourselves and use a different shipping company.
