I moved from DC to Korea. I made a booking for a specific date, but 3 days before they were supposed to pick my stuff up they changed the date. I also was supposed to air freight some goods, but the guys who showed up knew nothing about this, so no air freight. Also they didn't do a eyes on estimate so they show up and run the whole scam of, "oh this is so much more stuff than we had thought, it's gonna cost extra." These guys also show up at 4 in the afternoon, they are unprofssional and sloppy pack my stuff up like it's garbage a lot gets broken. Then to make matters worse my contact person doesn't even know where my stuff is two months later. They say it's still in the states, when in fact it's on a ship, Not to mention they were so rude and didn't even bother to check where my stuff was, and I had to call two other people at their company so they would just look to find my stuff. Finally it arrives, and my stuff sits at the port for an extra week because the Echo didn't make one simple phone call, so I have to contact the shipping company that was contracted out to ship my stuff by echo. I was just thankful my stuff made it. This is a terrible company I wouldn't recommend anyone use it. Awful service, except to get you to sign the contract. Seriously do not use this company.
