I will not use this company again. Poor communication, poor service. No updates on scheduling the trucking company. After they book the truck your on your own with the trucking company. It took a week and a half to get my car from Louisiana to New York. The dispatcher flat out lied to me several times. The car was going to Albany, then Eire then Buffalo. Every time I talked to the dispatcher I heard a different story. No response from ECar, they had their money. The quote said if I book online within 48 hours you save $25. Lie, never again heard about a $25 savings.
